Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We get it that you want to start using our remedy as soon as possible. That’s why we strive to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. 

All the orders placed by 8 PM on the day will be dispatched on the next business day. Once in the hands of our shipping partners, please allow 2-3 business days on average for delivery.

Shipping to rural areas  is available at an additional cost. Please email hello@gingermerchants.com for shipping charges. Please allow additional 1-2 days on top of normal shipping

We would love to ship around the world, but at this stage we only ship in NZ.

Shipping and Handling Costs

For standard shipping around NZ we charge $5.00 this will be for orders up to 4 Pots,  All orders over 4 pots and up to maximum of 10 pots qualify for free shipping within NZ. Rural areas are excluded.

Returns Policy 

We believe in our remedy and want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for one reason or another you are not loving our product, you can request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. We will honour all our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.  We will let you know by email when your return has been processed. It may take up to a week or two depending on your credit card company for refund to show up in your account. 

Refund Process 

To initiate a refund, please email customer service at hello@gingermerchants.com and include your order #, a photograph of the product or packaging  if it is damaged or defective, and a detailed explanation for the return in order to obtain authorisation. 

Exception 

* Gift card – cannot be returned and refunded

Return request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
